As part of the international course Experiencing and Shaping Democracy, the students visited the Youth Centre JUZ in Taxham. One group built and managed the fire, while the other prepared dough for Stockbrot, practicing teamwork and shared responsibility—key elements of democratic decision-making.

A big thank you to Julia Geier for creating a wonderful portrait of the JUZ and its vital role in the community and the city of Salzburg, highlighting its focus on creativity, collaboration, and civic engagement.

The excursion was filled with fun activities and delicious Stockbrot, making it a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
