Our ERASMUS+ incoming students recently enjoyed a wonderful morning filled with nature, learning, and local traditions. 🌞

The event started with an inspiring workshop by Almsinn (@almsinn_martina), where students explored mindful living and the importance of connecting with nature.

Afterwards, the group headed to the herb-rich meadows on the summit of Gaisberg. 🥾🌸 During a guided herb walk, the students discovered a wide variety of edible wild herbs, learned how to identify them, and explored their culinary and medicinal uses.

With baskets full of freshly collected wild herbs, everyone gathered to prepare a delicious and aromatic wild herb spread. 🧺🌿🧄 The homemade spread was the perfect reward after a morning of exploring and learning together.

This hands-on experience offered our international students a unique opportunity to connect with nature, discover the beautiful landscapes around Salzburg, and experience a taste of Austrian traditions. 🌍🤝✨
